What Test Do We Do?


Our clinic provides the One-Stop COVID-19 nucleic acid amplification test (NAAT/PCR) test, and Serum COVID-19 Antibody test sample collection. Those tests will be done at Lifelabs or our newly accredited MMC-Lab. Our MMC-Lab is the BC government accredited POCT medical lab to run COVID-19 PCR test. The result could be back within a few hours.




Where Are The Samples Sent To?


All samples taken are sent to Lifelabs or our newly accredited MMC-Lab. Our MMC-Lab is a BC government accredited medical lab to run COVID-19 PCR test. The result could be back within a few hours.




I am Flying to HK, Do you provid IOS-15189 Certificate?


If needed, our clinic will provide you a certificate showing that the test is ISO 15189 accredited and performed at an accredited laboratory centre.




When Will I Receive the Test Report?


The result usually comes out between 24 to 30 hours. So you book the test date on the flying date minus 3 if your require report within 72 hours. If you need a test within 48 hours, then you should book the test date in 2 days before the flgiht date. For example: your flight date is 20th, you test date should be on 17th for 72 hours requirement and on 18th for 48 hours requirement. Our MMC-Lab is a BC government accredited medical lab to run COVID-19 PCR test. The result could be back within a few hours.




What is the Test Sample Collection Time?


Our testing sampling time is starting from 7am Monday to Sunday.




When Can I Book the Test?


Once your flight ticket confirmed you can book the test with us.




I Do Not have WeChat. How Can I Book?


You could book online link with your cell phone without the weChat as long as you can receive text message, email and have a credit card. You can also call us at 604-629-8968 for booking.




My Flight Schedule Changed, What Should I Do?


Email or all us at 604-629-8968 with your new schedule, we provid free rescheduling. Please do not book and pay twice in order to make change.




What Is Your Cancellation Policy?


Cancellation Policy: If the appointment is cancelled 24 hours before your appointment, we will charge $100 administrative fee, and the rest will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. If the test is cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time, there will be NO refund.




Do I need password for booking?


There is no need of password for booking. As long as you have a cell phone number to receive the text message or an email to receive the validation code. The password is out-of-date technology for security.
